Career Module at Novax

Second-year students from Axel Johnson's Retail Club took part in a Career Module centered on preparing for the job market.
Titus Hessel Welin, TA Manager at Dustin, and Stefan Arkelius, Head of Leadership and Employee Experience at Axfood, discussed career preparation and the recruitment process with second-year students in Axel Johnson's Retail Cub.
The session covered how to effectively communicate personal motivation, highlight soft skills and formulate thoughtful questions for potential employers. Thanks to the small group setting, students had the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions and receive valuable insights directly from the company representatives.
