Navigating Systembolaget’s Recruitment Process and Talent Insights
Ina Ödman, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Heléne Hård af Segerstad, Talent Acquisition Manager, hosted a Career Module in which students learned how Systembolaget's Talent Acquisition function operates and the impact it has on the organisation. Students gained a clear end-to-end view of the company’s recruitment process and walked away with practical tips for improving their CVs. Ina and Heléne also highlighted the key competencies they believe will be most valuable in the years ahead, discussed the patterns and traits they see emerging in today's Generation Z, and explored some of the values that define that generation.
